Pricing
● Prices listed at a2kstore.com are all GST inclusive
● Listed prices do not include delivery, where delivery is required, an additional charge will be specified through the online checkout process.
● Sale or reduced price items are only available while stocks last and for the specific sale period only.
● Pricing is subject to change without notice.
● Reasonable care is taken to ensure that pricing at a2kstore.com is accurate. However, VinZero A2K reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any orders that may be processed with incorrect pricing.

Payment
● To ensure protection of your credit card details, credit card payments are processed using a secure, third party payment gateway service run by Authorize.Net to ensure protection of your credit card details.
● VinZero A2K does not receive, access or store any credit card details, with the exception of expiry date and last four digits of the card number. This information in only retained to assist clients with future card identification.
● Credit card details are secured using 168-bit SSL encryption.
● We accept payment via Mastercard or Visa credit cards. We do not offer any other payment methods through our online store. Contact us to make a purchase using other payment methods.

Delivery
● Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. VinZero A2K is unable to redirect deliveries once they are in transit.
● Additional delivery charges may apply if the delivery is returned as unclaimed, refused or incorrectly addressed and needs to be resent.
● VinZero A2K reserves the right to adjust delivery charges for large or bulky deliveries. You will be contacted and asked to accept these charges before your order is dispatched. You will have the option to refuse the delivery charges and cancel your order.
● If an order contains a combination of items that are ready to deliver and items that are not ready to deliver, we can send your order in multiple shipments if requested. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in these cases. VinZero A2K will ensure you agree to any additional charges prior to dispatching your order.
● In some cases, a free pick up option may be available. This option will be offered at checkout if available. Free pickup is only available during business hours.
● a2kstore.com is currently setup to deliver to Australia and New Zealand addresses only. Please contact us on +61 8 8360 7000 to confirm if international delivery is available.

Discount codes
● VinZero A2K may offer promotional codes which can be applied to receive a discount when purchasing products through this website.
